Hi, My Name Is Cara...

With over a decade of experience in health and wellness, I am passionate about helping individuals take control of their health and transform their lifestyles. I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Northeastern University. I work with clients both privately on Cape Cod and via Zoom, offering personalized health counseling to help you achieve your wellness goals.

 

I specialize in working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, children, and those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. As a mom of two young children under the age of five, I understand the unique challenges women face in balancing family life and personal well-being, and I’m deeply committed to supporting women in their health journeys.

 

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I offer DIY online programs, which can be found on my website. These programs provide flexible solutions for those looking to improve their health at their own pace. Many clients have shared that working with me gave them the motivation and accountability they needed to get started and stay on track with their goals.

 

As a certified group exercise instructor, I also teach fitness classes on Cape Cod and offer live online classes and personal training sessions. When I'm not working with clients, I love teaching people how to swim on Cape Cod. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your technique, I find joy in helping others build confidence in the water.
